Our Otology Clinic is a specialized service dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of ear-related conditions, hearing disorders, and balance issues. The clinic operates every Monday at the ENT Department, Suite 2, and works in close collaboration with our daily Audiology Clinic to provide comprehensive care.
Referral Requirements
Patients are seen strictly on a referral basis. Referrals may come from our hospital’s outpatient and inpatient units or from external healthcare providers. A valid referral letter is required for all appointments in accordance with specialist clinic guidelines.

- Medical and surgical management of ear diseases and infections
- Surgical and rehabilitative treatment for hearing loss
- Hearing screening and advanced audiology diagnostic services
- Diagnosis and management of balance disorders, including vertigo, dizziness, and unsteadiness
