WHO defines Mental health as a state of mental well-being that enables people to cope with the stresses of life, realize their abilities, work productively and contribute to their community. Mental Health is thus more than the absence of psychiatry signs and symptoms/disorders.
Our Psychiatry Outpatient clinic offers a wide range of specialized services aimed at promoting mental health, preventing mental health conditions and providing Patient- Centered treatment plans for those already affected.
Our Services:
- General Adult Psychiatry: Expert care for individuals aged 18-65, covering a diverse range of mental health disorders.
- Geriatric Psychiatry: Specialized support for individuals aged 65 and older, including dignified care for dementia-related conditions.
- Forensic Psychiatry: Ethical evaluations including Mental State Assessment for gun licensing as required by the Firearm Act while ensuring adherence to legal and ethical standards.
- Liaison Psychiatry: Seamless integration of mental health support with other Medical and Surgical disciplines, ensuring holistic and multi-disciplinary approach to patient care.
- Addiction Psychiatry: Offer multi-disciplinary care to patients with various forms of addictions including Alcohol, other psychoactive substances and gambling.
- Counselling Psychotherapy: professional and empathetic staff use psychological principles to enhance and promote mental well-being for individuals and their families through Individual and Family Psychotherapy sessions.

Psychiatry Specialized clinic is on Tuesdays from 8:00 a.m. by appointment, each session is tailored to individual needs, allowing ample time for meaningful discussion and progress.
Forensic Clinic for Mental State Assessment for Gun Licensing on Thursdays from 8:00 a.m. by appointment.
Counseling Psychotherapy on Weekdays from 8:00 a.m. by scheduled appointments for individuals and families.
