KUTRRH established the Renal Department. The department has 20 Renal Units. Highly skilled Renal Specialists and Renal Nurses offer treatment to patients who require dialysis. The center is presently able to carry out dialysis to 20 patients in a day. With renal dialysis being one of the core services offered by KUTRRH, the dialysis water treatment plant is key in the timely provision of care This new advanced plant delivers purified water that is used for renal dialysis treatment to remove salts and waste, maintain safe levels of chemicals in the patient’s blood, and maintain blood pressure.
