Notice! Suppliers/Contractors/Consultants Mandatory Registration On The E-GP Portal

Suppliers/ Contractors/Consultants are required to self-register on the e-GP portal that is accessible through www.egjakenya.go.ke. In addition, they are requested to note the following:

  1. Supplier/ Contractor/Consultants may contact the support address indicated below in case of challenges faced during registration: Email address:
    supportaerpkenya.goke Telephone: +254(020)3341030/3340400/3340433.
  2. Supplier/ Contractor/Consultants within Nairobi may visit e-GP offices situated on the 6th floor, Room 622 Treasury Building, Harambee Avenue to receive registration assistance between 9:00 am to – 4:00 pm.
  3. Suppliers, contractors, and consultants may also visit the National Treasury desk at all Huduma Centres during office working hours.
  4. The Suppliers Registration Module manual is available on the e-GP portal; and
  5. The National Treasury will organize a weekly supplier registration webinar every Thursday. Suppliers will be required to register for training through links provided on www.egpkenya.go.ke under the “Supplier Training” section. Only suppliers who have registered for the training will be invited to the webinar.

Take note that all government procurement will be made through the e-Government Procurement System, and registration of suppliers is a prerequisite.
