Pefa Church Kiwanja & Compassion International Kenya Donate Trees

KUTRRH thanks the Pefa Church Kiwanja in partnership with Compassion International Kenya for the kind gesture they have extended to us by donating and planting 10 Thika Palm Trees and 50 Grevillea trees.

Present in the tree planting exercise was the PEFA church youth who played an active role in the planting process.
Our friendship with the Pefa Church Kiwanja management dates back to October 2019 when we met Rev. Muchai and his team.

He welcomed us to use the church facilities and any other services we required for the success of our medical camp in Kiwanja area. He expressed his desire to work closely with KUTTRH for the better of the children and the community.

A remarkable activity during the camp held at the Kiwanja grounds was the presentation by our Chairperson, Prof. Mugenda, of three wheelchairs to members of the community. Today marks yet another day when through the KE0451 outreach program, we work together and enhance our relationship with the community through the PEFA Kiwanja Church.

Our partnership and collaboration will go a long way in enhancing our relationship for the good of the community.
